Grupidi is operated by Griffin Tubridy. Text messages are sent under the name Grupidi.
Account texts
When you enter your mobile number in Grupidi and request a text, we send only the message you asked for:
- A one-time verification code when you sign up or log in (“Your Grupidi code is …”).
- Your account email when you ask to recover it (“Your Grupidi email is: …”).
- Your username when you ask to recover it (“Your Grupidi username is: …”).
We collect the phone number you enter, the verification code we send to that number, and, when you request account recovery, the email address or username on the Grupidi account for that number. We use this information only to send the account verification or recovery text you requested and to check the code you enter.
Message frequency varies based on how often you request a text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Account information
A Grupidi account also stores the username, email address, and phone number you provide, along with the messages and profile details you add in the app. That information is used to operate your account. It is not used to send marketing texts.
